TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a grassroots nonprofit organization that facilitates partnerships among businesses, nonprofits and community members. We keep abreast of the current issues impacting southern Berks, northern Chester and western Montgomery counties and move forward with specific and impactful programs and projects. How do we Impact the Tricounty Region?

The TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a catalyst for change… a link where community providers, agencies and businesses can turn for collaborative solutions to problems; a vehicle to help community members identify important resources; a connection to vital community services.  To learn about TCN-sponsored projects and programs, click on the page "TCN in the News".

Our 5 year strategic goals include:

  • Provide comprehensive information and referral service to the tricounty communities
  • Provide forums for an exchange of information and resources specific to health, social and environmental issues
  • Diversify membership to include more for-profit businesses committed to the tricounty communities of eastern Berks, northern Chester and western Montgomery counties
  • Diversify our Board of Directors to represent health, environment and social sectors
  • Establish a speaker’s bureau for programs and projects
