The TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is an organization that encourages partnerships among businesses and community members in southern Berks, northern Chester and western Montgomery Counties.
We coordinate human services, offer assistance in solving community concerns and work to improve service to those in need. Specific purposes of the network are to:
• network to improve services,
• engage in community planning through education,
• advocate for constructive change at all levels; and
• function as a clearing house for and exchange of information and resources concerning health, social and environmental issues.
Our Mission: The mission of TriCounty Community Network is to build relationships among organizations, community members and businesses through advocacy, information sharing and education to improve health, social and environmental conditions within the TriCounty area.
TCN partners with United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, providing a free, confidential information & referral service known as FirstCall and administering the Volunteer Way website.
